MPC Property Management is centrally located in Burlington, Wisconsin and covers the Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Waukesha and Rock county areas. A proven leader in the industry, MPC serves the growing need for reliable, professional property management of residential, commercial and vacation properties, as well as the management of condo associations.
Owned and operated by Michelle and Bernard Petersen, their experience speaks for itself. The Petersen’s began investing in real estate nearly 10 years ago, and quickly realized the profit potential for themselves. They developed a formula to make real estate investing successful and now apply that same formula to the properties that they manage, allowing other property owners to maximize the benefits of investing in real estate as well.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a licensed Broker in the State of Wisconsin. Previous to opening MPC Property Management, she was the Marketing Communications Manager for a top wireless GPS technology company. She oversees all new business and marketing activities.
Bernard is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. He is the Director of Operations, and handles all accounting and finances for the company. In addition, Bernard is responsible for the management of the maintenace staff and business partners.
Our team of administrative, maintenance and leasing staff round out the team, and provide the valuable support that makes MPC the area leader in property management.
